Very convenient and clean store with 1 hour free in the car park, albeit you can get 2 hours free parking on the high street

Merry Christmas to you too...Went into Co-Op Eccleshall to collect a few supplies and was greeted by a stern faced lady blond hair and glasses who couldn't be bothered to reply to my "Good Morning" or utter anything along the way and this is Christmas Eve.... Came into work and was telling a colleague and he had the same experience with the same lady earlier the same day and in fact the previous day. Think this person is a senior member of staff and if they want people to use the store, they need to cheer up and treat people like they want them in the store. Think next time I will push on through to the Loggerheads Co-Op, lot more friendly there. Merry Christmas whoever you are !

Easy parking and a clean well-stocked shop. I like to be able to recycle soft plastic waste here too. Homeless charity produce donations box always available to donate. Helpful staff, and check outs flow well at both ends of the store.

The staff are great and helpful. I just don't understand why this is the most expensive co-op Ive been to with a lot of items. Eg: Muffins £2.25 compared to £1.80 Tesco. Do the co-op ones contain gold?.

Hate the discount if you're a member, ridiculous price if you're not concept - if you want me as a customer why are you demanding paperwork of me? Anyway we thought we'd go with it as I found a co-op card in my wallet. Got to the front to be told."oh sorry we're not that co-op, we're another co-op" - you have to pay the ridiculous price. Okay, fine, give me a card I'll join- "oh no you have to pre-apply". "All the supermarkerts are doing it". Except they're not are they, Aldi don't, maybe that's why they wipe the floor with the co-op, or whatever this place is. Left stuff, walked.

Wow. What a lovely shop, with pleasant helpful staff. It must be the biggest Co-op I have ever been in, and very modern, and makes the one at home look very small. Lots of different products and the offers were all there!

If you want to hear how unhappy a Co-op employee is , use click and collect on eBay and select this store . Went to pick up two items , greeted with " I don't know why we are doing parcels we are a super market " ..well love read terms and conditions of your contract and if you don't like them address with manager not customers . By the way throwing all the other click and collect parcels on the floor whilst searching for ours really does show you have no respect for your customers or their property .

Haven't been here for some time but managed to purchase what I wanted after a good look round

Lovely shop that sells everything you need. It's a little expensive but you could do a full shop there if need be. Great staff who are always friendly. Perfect local shop!

Love this co-op it's a good size, well stocked and has good friendly staff. They don't have self checkouts which I find a bit friendlier however they are noticeably more expensive but considering it's a quieter store I can pay the extra for peace. They do stock some nice frozen meals I've seen in farm shops and have a good seasonal section.
