   I love this store, owned by B&M. They have good bargains in this store, however there’s one downfall, they tend to advertise stock they don’t have in stock. Seem to be on the lazy side of removing tickets. when there no longer getting stock in. ( then will put a similar stock in front of the ticket price of the stock they no longer have which causes a lot of confusion) also notice red dots are on some of the tickets which means stock out of stock. This is for staff benefit only. How bout just remove the ticket if it’s not in stock- simple solution. Went in this store on 19th March 25 item stock in shelf no price for the item- occurring issue in certain products in this store. Raised a complaint at this store recently staff appalling attitude and behaviour towards me. Another lying about a price that I had told her- which I never she assumed without asking me. Was offered an appointment at the store with the manager. Asking if it was convenient. When I responded the staff now demanding I go if not the complaint will be closed. ( you cannot ask a customer of an appointment is convenient. Then go back on your word and tell them that if they don’t attend the complaint be closed) Poor poor service why wonder the staff in store behaviour the way they do poor management from higher who do not have competence or skill to deal with complaints or managing a team. See emails below. Recently went purchased spare ribs what I didn’t know that the food sale by date had already passed. Thought this company knew about quality control. Luckily for them I checked the date before eaten it. Otherwise company would have had a law sue on their hands. See pics below and the their response.

   Call every week to see if there are any bargains, usually yogurts are down in price I got 4 for 50p and the frozen fish is 1.75 a pkt of 5, poundland charge £3.

   Quite small for a heron foods but they do have good space for the offers that and those one off buys. Navigation around can be tricky as it feels cramped in there due to size but the good hand of B&M is a shop I’ll always stop in

   Has plenty of choice for freezer fillers. They have products to buy for cheap that are new to the market. Only problem I have found tho is sometimes if there's a new product in store once it's sold out there is no more delivered. They had some tasty choc chip & salted caramel frozen cookies that you baked in oven only £1.50 for a bag of 15 but once they were gone they have had no more.
