My family and I had the absolute pleasure of designing and planning our kitchen with Thomas and we honestly can’t thank him enough. From start to finish, he was brilliant – professional, patient, and genuinely listened to what we wanted. Unlike many other companies we got quotes from, Thomas was never pushy or forceful. That was one of the main reasons we chose Magnet over the others. While some places constantly rang and pressured us for a decision (and didn’t mention all the hidden costs upfront), Thomas was the complete opposite — honest, transparent, and straightforward. He gave us a fair, realistic price right from the start — no ridiculous markups or fake discounts.    I had an amazing experience with Magnet Northampton. No doubt a lot of this was due to the service I received from Holly. I was going with another supplier but their lead time was too long. Magnet designed my kitchen. It was cheaper than the other supplier and all done within 10 days (to delivery). I received support after delivery and the care and thoughtfulness that went in to everything was first class. So grateful.
