   Absolutely first class company. Quality kitchens - I am certain you can't buy better anywhere . We are lucky to have such a great local company that manufactures on site . The design service - what can i say.... exceptional and Eve is a delight to deal with and she knows her stuff .Save yourself time and energy don't look anywhere else. The fitters were Prestige Refurbishments from Clophill . Chris Durant was the fitter and he is a talented and professional specialising in kitchen refurbs .

   Couldn’t recommend OKS more, from the start of the project Eve was incredibly proactive, helpful and patient through out the design (and my many MANY amends). The communication was really clear in the run up, delivery and worked so well with a great fitter they recommended. The kitchen isn’t quite finished yet (so close!) and even after all final payments have been made Olly and team are quick to respond and always ensure we’ve got everything we need. We’re certain we wouldn’t have got such a high level of care or quality at other retailers and the price is incredibly competitive! Can’t thank the team enough!!

   Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Needed to replace a few of their door fronts which had split laminate. Now they are laquered but not the same colour. Got sent out the wrong door. They blamed the distributor. No apology. Very expensive mistake.

   Really poor design service. All the risk of measurements are placed onto the customer which could cause issues for some (be prepared). We took a already worked up design to them to which they made zero amendments but still charged £100 (I requested a refund but they said no). The service felt rushed and convoluted e.g. each element of kitchen is priced separately and they constantly ask you to confirmed its all correct? (I found a number of mistakes). Finally its simply not cheap given the level of services, the risk you take on and the extra work required in using such a company. I have provided plenty of feedback but doubt it will be enacted upon. but Better to go to an independent supplier as we did.
