   I come to Aldi often, across the country, and Winsford is the only one I have witnessed staff complain about customers using the tills instead of self checkout. I use Winsford every week. Today between 6:50 and 7:00, a female checkout operator at checkout 1 - who looked quite old and fed up in comparison to some of the other staff, she complained to another staff member saying; "why the hell isn't she using the other checkouts if she has just got a basket" then huffed, and continued to serve the woman. It's not the first time I have witnessed operators have a poor attitude to shoppers choosing to use the staff/conveyor (who are paid to work there and stood there in the first place) over a machine which often still needs an operator to override the checks. I only really complain about things if it directly impacts me, but on this occasion I just found it incredibly rude towards the customer who is potentially a regular customer putting money in your business. For me, it's not difficult to use Lidl in Northwich when I grab my partner from work - I use Aldi out of convenience. But to be honest, I am hitting a point where I would rather do that than continue to help pay the wages of 'some' staff who clearly would rather have a different job.

   The toxic management and extremely thick lanky security guard accused me of shop lifting, arguing with a member of staff and barred me while he charged up to me aggressively. I've shopped here for over a year and spent thousands of pounds here, always ensuring I'm friendly with staff. I've never once stolen one thing from here, it's Aldi everything is 50p they've clearly got my tax bracket wrong and think I'm as cheap as tacky as them. Formal complaint made to head office, and I would more than happily pursue this through court. You people are disgraceful and evil.

   Just popped in for some bits and pieces and to have a look round. This is a big store with lots of the usual Aldi stuff. With Christmas coming, it's packed with cakes, biscuits, chocolate items and various items for presents along with wrapping paper and all the other stuff essential at this time of year. Queues at the checkouts reasonable and as normal, prices are really good. Worth a visit just for the unusual food items they bring in for Christmas. 16/01/2023 Same good value items. Found some SPF30 cream for £2.99 - I wonder how much a main brand would cost?

   Love going to Aldi. Such a nice place to shop at. Everything is accessible and easy to get to. They do a great job of telling you where to go for the items your looking for. The parking lot is big so there’s a lot of space to park. Honestly love going to Aldi. Great prices and shop.

   We usually have a very good experience at Aldi Winsford, it is much better than the one before. It is cheap but they don't have the brand that we find in other supermarkets which is a little bit inconvenient sometimes
