0/5 stars. I had to call the police to get my garment back... Honestly. Use at your own risk. I lost much more in earnings and stress than the value of the work he did not do.
Took in a coat for dry cleaning (which had dry clean only on the label). When picking it up, I was shown that the straps had practically been destroyed because they weren't real leather. Was trying to make out that it was my fault for buying clothing like this and I should stay clear of anything which included faux leather. No apology or admission that they had messed up and should have noticed this and either not washed it or made some adjustments to the cleaning process. Asked if there would be a refund or even a discount and told no. Clearly doesn't take care in what he's doing.

I had my daughter in law's Wedding dress cleaned recently and she was so happy with the results, especially the train of dress which had been dragging on floor and badly marked etc The Wedding dress was immaculate and presented beautiful by the owner of dry cleaners. I would definitely return with another garment to cleaners.
I took garment in to have studs replaced was told £10. Partner picked up garment and was charged £20. When I took garment out of bag it had a hole and was damaged took it back to shop They repaired it by sowing on patches very badly . My partner and I was accused of being a pair of con artists and that I had done the damage myself to scam his insurance (even though I'd not asked for anything just said I was unhappy with repair) He hit the roof shouting and swearing at my partner and I to get out of shop or he would ring police. A very aggressive attitude.I would be afraid of going into that business again . I have contacted trading standards
Very helpful staff. The only drycleaners who could do 24 HR service. Items cleaned on the premises. Very reasonably priced.
