I asked Trevor to install a new telephone system for my office in Peterborough. Having signed all the necessary paperwork and got the phones in situ it became apparent very quickly that they didn’t work properly and constantly cut out - up to 10 times or more a day. The majority of my business is on the telephone so it’s really important that they work properly - after weeks and months of Trevor not resolving the issue I had to go to an alternative supplier. I’ve been left with a 3 year contract on various items of equipment which I have to honour at a cost to me of approx £8000 which Trevor has turned his back on an isn’t prepared to compensate me and not even an apology. Appalling service and not to be recommended.
