   Moved into the area and had a debt left on my gas meter. British gas told me to go to this shop, first time I went rhe shopkeeper working assisted me as requested. The next day I had to go back as it didn't work. The shop keeper was no way by any means helpful. Stating if your not buying I can't do anything even showing him the screen shot of my conversation from BG and directions on how to do this. The next day I once again have to return for a new keeper who stated "I'm new I don't know how to do this come back tomorrow" The second shopkeeper was on and point blank refused to assist. Leaving me a long walk to the next recommended shop. This process does not cost them anything and it's not exactly like there a thriving shop and I am holding up business. I now refuse to use this shop even tho it's the closest to me disgusting behavior and only interested in making there till full. 1* for the first shopkeeper at least he tried.
