   Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. They are not the cheapest option for sure, but if you want a company that actually cares about your kitchen and will take the time to deliver exactly what you want, then look no further. Mark and Gary spent so much time with us on the plans and went above and beyond even before we’d committed to using them. Richard and Connor, who fitted the kitchen were absolutely spectacular, the level of workmanship and attention to detail was absolutely outstanding. The project was a major kitchen renovation and was relatively complex, but they made it stress free and we fully intend to use PF for all of our major projects moving forwards. I don’t often recommend companies without hesitation, but in this instance I absolutely will. They deserve your business.

   The Professional Finish team were excellent in supporting us through the design and build of our kitchen project. They were willing to do early stages of our design over email which was a huge help to us, when many kitchen companies insisted we come to the showroom or put down a deposit before we could access them. Grant did an excellent job of discussing options with us and accommodated our requests. I think we did 14 revisions in total! Our build had a number of complex elements including restoring a travertine floor and some structural and electrical changes which the team handled really well, and a couple of surprises which came up along the way on electrics and doors were discussed and dealt with efficiently and cost effectively. The team handled overall project management and estimated the timelines well for electrics and plastering. The minor electrics and plumbing was done by the fitters and was great quality, including improving the locations of some sockets and routing of audio cables. The fitters led by Steve were very experienced and completed the work to a very high standard. They also left things clean and tidy every day and our decorators were very complimentary for the preparation of walls for painting, commenting that the standard of filling and sanding made their job a lot easier. The final fit and finish of the kitchen is superb and snags were handled in good time. Kitchen projects are never cheap but we felt that the price was good value for money for the standard. Our thanks go to the entire Professional Finish team. Highly recommended.

   We were researching a company to refit an ensuite and massive refurbishment of kitchen including knocking a wall down and a utility and boot room. We also had a new boiler which was moved from the utility to garage and also had some of the units from old kitchen fitted in garage with the old utility sink. We found professional finish online and reviews were amazing. From our initial meeting right through to the end of projects which took about 3 months we had total professionalism, help and guidance from start to finish. We were consulted every step of the way. Attention to detail and all the work was done to perfection. It was a pleasure to deal with Gary and Grant at the showroom and they also gave us support while work going on. Steve and Mike did the ensuite and workmanship was amazing. Richard and Connor did the work on the kitchen etc which was a massive amount of work and a lot of things to consider before the start and while project was being done. Again we cannot praise them enough. Whilst having this done we had a lot of disruption due to the amount of work. Richard and Connor did everything they could to make our life as easy as possible. This enabled us to still have working and functional spaces. Having such an amount done comes with compromises but we can honestly say we got through it fine due to having Professional Finish doing the work. They may not be the cheapest but they give value for money and it was apparent why it was costed as it was when we saw the amount of work involved to achieve nothing short of perfection. It really was a pleasure to have them in our home and had no worries leaving them in our home if had to go out. So if you want a quality job done look no further than Professional Finish.    We highly recommend Professional Finish if you are looking for a top quality finish and service. Right from the start, everyone involved in the process was really helpful, took on board our ideas and requests when preparing their proposals and designs. We worked together to get designs exactly where we wanted them. The VR service is really helpful in understanding how the design fits in your existing space and it gives you confidence that you’re making the right decisions. Steve and Mike were great fitters. They were really professional, respected our home during the fit out of both bathrooms. It was fairly calm process with great communication all the way through. The standard of workmanship is really high. We are super pleased with the results and seeing all our come to life.

   We decided to pay more for quality rather than going down the mediocre line which we have done in the past. The workmanship from Steve and Mike was brilliant when completing our ensuite and downstairs cloakroom and the communication from Gary and Grant from their showroom getting the fine details correct was a must. I would certainly recommend the company if you want a decent fit and finish but be prepared to do the decorating yourself which I did being careful not splash paint on their great work!

   Choosing a new bathroom from scratch can be overwhelming. PF uses favoured brands but choices within the brands. The showroom at Moulton Park is well displayed so planning and choosing installations is much easier. The finish IS professional, and the fitters left the room tidy at the end of each day. We are pleased with our new bathroom.

   After really struggling finding anyone with any enthusiasm or advice on remodelling and refitting my en-suite I dropped into Professional Finish and found both enthusiasm and great professional advice ! They are all so friendly and nothing is a problem to these guys! They designed and installed my bathroom completely stripping it to the bones moving and installing a new entrance door to it and installing all the extra lighting and modern touches we had in our mind. They will let you guide but also will advice and research any ideas you have for your dream Pinterest bathroom. The fitters were so respectful to our property u hardly noticed they were there. A great team with tonnes of skill and experience for a stress and worry free project! I would highly recommend them if you love your home don’t go anywhere else !

   Thank you to Gary and the team at Professional Finish for providing a fantastic service. Gary was patient understanding and nothing was to much trouble. The showroom was well stocked but not over baring with live “working” showers and kitchens which made choosing a far simpler process than I expected.

   I had everything replaced in my bathroom and it now looks fantastic. New ceiling with spot lights, new floor and floor covering, re-plastered and tiled, new shower tray, toilet sink and towel rail, and illuminated mirrors and extractor fan fitted. Hidden walls were built up where needed. The fitter Steve, was professional,reliable and friendly and was multi skilled, so one person could do all the wiring, plumbing, plastering and tiling needed. This enabled the job to be done quickly with minimal disruption. Steve went out of his way to ensure that the shower tray was fitted as low as possible as there were issues with the waste pipe height, and I felt able to leave Steve a key to just be able to get on with it if I went out. Steve started the work an the date agreed, and came every day until completion. I was very pleased with his work.

   We recently used Professional Finish to refurbish our main bathroom and downstairs toilet. We had an initial meeting at home with Gary to talk through ideas and then two visits to the new showroom in Moulton Park where we finalised the exact suite and furniture we wanted. We were allowed to take samples home and make our decision in our own time. We changed the specification of our quote a number of times, but it was never any trouble for Grant and Gary and they supplied full 3D drawings of what our new suites would look like. When it came to the installation, Ben and Rhys were punctual, polite, tidy but most of all did a really impressive job. They kept us up to date throughout the whole installation, double checking small details. Ben even moved the position of the lights after he’d fitted them because we weren’t happy with the position. The entire project was completed on schedule and exactly as specified. We are so happy with the work that Professional Finish did that we wouldn’t hesitate in using them again for future work.
