   The staff in this place are always unhelpful, judgemental and rude. I only went here because Marie curie was shut (they are lovely there). I went to drop off some donations and was looked up and down then the woman said she wasn’t taking anymore today. Give your money to a shop that appreciates it.

   I completely understand the idea of raising as much funds as possible, but the prices in this shop are too expensive, simple used items worth £5 being sold for £20.. It's still a charity shop, meaning it's not only to support those where the funds are going to but also the local community. Should take note of the Marie Curie shop across the park which is much more reasonable.

   Staff here are lovely but recently noticed prices are very expensive here. £10 for a Starbucks cup!! I think they cheaper if you buy them in the actual coffee shop. Coats £30, OK they might be a name but people go to these shops looking for a bargin or because they want to spend little on clothes as we all difficult times at the moment. Very disappointed here came away with nothing, not worth going back here and wasting my time or fuel getting there. No reflection on the staff working in the shop very nice. When I questioned why are things so expensive in here staff replied its headoffice set the prices and he mentioned its good quality they have in. I agree some stuff is good quality but I don't think it reflects the expensive price tag or the ethos of 'charity'.

   So dissatisfied with the female member of staff with Short dark, curly hair over 50 working today. Who just provided my mother with the worst experience. When dropping a large amount of clothes in very good condition she was spoken to and treated appallingly . This is a charitable organisation so clearly in the wrong job. Will not be returning with any further items to this particular store. At a loss as to why this female was so disgustingly rude.

   Over price for a charity shop. For example a child coat they were asking £15 for it if you could spend that amount I sure it would be for a brand new one. The main customer's for this shop is the elderly in the area I feel they are taken average of them
