The experience at the centre was excellent, I would have given 5 stars had the location been easier to find. I became very worried about being late. My vehicle satnav was not precise enough. My mobile phone would have taken me directly to the clinic, but, I LEFT MY MOBILE AT HOME, first time ever !!!!

We were welcomed by Beverley. It was a few minutes before we were introduced to Roger who was to complete the tests that Malcolm needed. The whole experience was pleasant and friendly. Roger explained every step in great detail. He was patient and kind. During completing the tests ‘somehow’ motorbiking was mentioned and conversation ensued as Roger is a keen biker, as we were. Incredibly modern facility and super quick! I was able to book an appointment in less than 24 hours and my consultant had received the report 2 days later. Speaking to the technician performing the tests it standard procedure for reports to be completed within 72 hours this beats waiting 4 months on the NHS.
Friendly and professional service. James is very knowledgeable and has managed to resolve a leg pain issue that has plagued me for a few months. Totally recommended.
