Outstanding service! I’ve experienced radiotherapy treatment and a program of exercises. The latter took place in a well equipped gym with profession staff. All the staff are caring and this evident from the moment you walk into the centre. Can’t recommend GenesisCare MK and it’s gym highly enough.

Actually, I found ALL aspects of the care & treatment I received at the GenesisCare centre at Milton Keynes to be absolutely excellent. My initial referral was to Dr Gupta who from my first consultation, cutting through all the flim-flam, not only gave me clear & concise advice on what to expect but also organised my treatment plan remarkably quickly, which in itself I was extremely grateful for. Along with his secretary - Michele Greenwood (whose kindness & efficiency I found immensely helpful) - Dr Gupta has been a model of professionalism at every point in the subsequent follow-ups. Most importantly, from the first day and throughout the whole course of attendance at the treatment centre, everyone I met - from the receptionists to the phlebotomists & radiologists - were wonderfully kind but also very efficient. The facilities at the centre are first-class and I felt very well looked after at every stage. Thankfully, I am now in remission but will be eternally grateful to these lovely people for all their wonderful kindness & dedication. I could not recommend this treatment centre and it's brilliant staff highly enough. #UnsungHeroes

The actual medical service i received was quite good, however the personal service which i thought i was paying for was awful! I expected things to be quite confidential and straightforward seeing as the circumstances were serious and in my case i was terrified. When I arrived I didn't find that at all, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled and even then they handed me documents for a completely different problem area, payment procedure (even though it had already been dealt with) and there was little to no confidentiality considering the receptionist spoke loud enough to let the whole room know why i was there! Now sat trying to hide my tears (from fear and embarassment) feeling like an idiot. I would only use this service if it was one on one with the doctor, no waiting around. I think they need to assess what is happening between the patients arrival to when they are seen and see just how bad it is! Really wasn't happy.
