I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service when dealing with a faulty item issue. Avoid these cowboys.

My experience with FlexiSpot was extremely disappointing. I encountered an issue with a promotional discount code that was clearly accepted by the system, yet the discount was not applied at checkout. When I contacted customer service immediately, they acknowledged the issue — one colleague even offered an alternative (much lower) discount I was told that if I had taken a screenshot at checkout, the outcome might have been different. This clearly shows that resolving the issue was not about what was fair or reasonable, but about what the company chose to acknowledge. Even after requesting cancellation hours after the order was made, they insisted on shipping the order anyway — despite the fact that UPS confirmed the parcel hadn’t yet reached their depot and could easily have been stopped. I was told to simply “refuse the delivery at the door”, which is inefficient and avoidable. This lack of flexibility, inconsistency between staff members, and refusal to take responsibility has left a very poor impression. I cannot recommend FlexiSpot based on this experience.

I ordered the reclinable chair XC6 for black friday and it was supposed to arrive by December 25. No notification, nothing, it just didn't arrive. I tried to reach out on social media; via email, they keep telling me that it would arrive beginning of January, then end of January and now they simply stopped answering. Customer service sucks, product never arrives, while on the website the same product is supposedly available and back in stock in 2 weeks.

Summary: Products arrive in terrible condition, company initially refused to abide by UK law and refuses replacement or refund for defective goods, customer service is poor with staff who do not speak English to a sufficient degree to allow communication, product instruction manuals are also in poor English / bad translations making them hard to follow. Now that the desk is finally working, it's good quality. But the difficult, arduous and stressful process required to get to this point was not at all worth it, I regret ever ordering this desk / using this company recommend that others to not for the reasons outlined below: Full review: I ordered an expensive (£410) desk off these guys, more than double the price of their cheaper amazon competitors, because they were said to be 'higher quality'. When the desk first arrived, it was in very poor condition, the desktop was covered in chips and scratches and marks, it looked worse than second hand, as if it had been thrown off a cliff or something. When I emailed customer service to complain and ask them to replace it, they didn't offer me a refund or a replacement, but merely offered me a £20 (5%) reimbursement Was this a joke? When I said that wasn't acceptable and I wanted a replacement or refund, they offered me a £30 (7.5%) reimbursement. A 5-7% refund for a £410 broken desk is not acceptable and completely foul of all UK consumer rights laws. Their emails were written in very poor English, the people writing them didn't seem to understand my messages either, making the thread very hard to understand. I eventually gave up emailing and called. Again, not a great experience. The person on the phone again couldn't speak English very well and it made communication very hard. This time they finally offered a replacement for the broken desk, but said I'd need to wait up to 3 weeks for it, and would need to dispose of the giant broken desktop myself (it wouldn't even fit in my car!). They then offered a £10 'reimbursement' in addition to the replacement. I once again refused the offer and reminded them of their obligations under UK law to either provide me with the product advertised and that I purchased, or to refund me 100% of the amount, as well as arranging for removal/collection of the defective product they sent me. Finally, after bringing the law into it, they finally agreed to arrange for the defective product to be collected, the a replacement to be sent out, and for an £80 (20%) 'reimbursement' for all the inconvenience and stress caused. It was still not smooth sailing though, I waited in the house all day mid-week for the collection of the broken desk and they didn't arrive, they weren't able to provide any tracking details or anything. The collection then came with no warning the next day and finally took the defective desk away. The cable-tidy which has to be installed under the desk arrived three weeks later than everything else, which was a big inconvenience as the desk had to be cleared, flipped, worked on again to install (and a drill was needed despite this not being flagged on the website at any point). It's a shame because now that a non-broken desk has been sent to be and installed, it's a high-quality good desk. But the month long painful process of the desk originally arriving broken (which seems to be a common issue based on comments I've read on YouTube), waiting in for numerous deliveries and collections, fighting with their customer service, fighting back against their customer-law breaking, and difficult to follow product installation instruction manuals nullifies the product completely. High-quality products ruined by unprofessional and incompetent staff involved at every part of this company's process. Save yourself the hassle and avoid.

I have wanted a sit stand desk for a long time now. I’ve been researching this for a year. Watch a lot of YouTube desk setups (maybe a bit geeky, girlfriend rips me for it). I have damaged L1 and L3 discs in my back. When I used to work in the office there were high desks, we could stand, it was comfortable. I have been tracking FlexiSpot site for a while: they do great discounts. Fact. The reviews on YouTube reinforce this. I bought an E7. Went with maple (wish I’d gone with bamboo). The stand is … heavy. Very heavy. It’s the legs. Turned up in 3 different boxes from DHL and DPD. It’s normal. Box 1 the maple desktop. Quality is frankly astonishing. Box 2 is the frame … my word it is heavy. Box 3 is the castors - get these it’s a must, you can move the desk around (if you have the space, if not, maybe don’t bother). Overall experience from click order to delivery very good. Product quality … absolutely top class. Contacted support to query delivery - immediate response on chat, checked logistics and confirmed. They say allow 5-7 days. All turned up within 3 days. I shot a time lapse build - took 54 minutes to build. Pretty straightforward. Has it changed my life? Was it worth the investment? Oh totally. Love it. Recommended.
