   Just gone into store to post an item as it should be open until 8pm to be told by the staff they have closed the post office and cashed the tills. Refused to serve me as they stop getting paid at 8pm. Also refusing to serve other customers. Its 7.50pm and the staff have shut the shop. Meant to be open until 8pm??

   The shop advertise the health lottery, but you can't buy a ticket, because the staff don't know how to do it, Debbie and Anita know how to do it, the rest of staff told me their don't sell the health lottery also their not been trained on the till, they send me to bargain booze who don't even sell it. Some staff was very rude just because they incompetent, did not even know there's a board hanging up in the shop advertising the service.

   I bought some multi pack crisps marked at £1.65. I was charged £2.35. When I questioned it, an assistant shouted over that it was different crisps that were cheaper. I went to check and the assistant was incorrect. My crisps were £1.65. She took the ticket out, said "someone" never took the old ticket off. I said that's not my fault, she said it wasn't hers either and there was nothing she could do. Poor customer service.

   Cash Machine is Not free. Queue for Post Office counter service is a joke typically only one service point available. Far better run when it was McColls. Morrisons you a shameless joke with aisles littered with stock trollies dangerously placed. It will not be long before you get sued for injuries if the shop isn't closed down by Health and Safety Executive first.

   Just gotten back from this store after the woman behind the counter refused to take my post because she “hadn’t been trained on how to use the post office till”, even though the whole point of that till is for it to be used when the main post office is closed (as the signs say), and even though she has actually taken items in the past. Not sure if there are internal politics at play here and she’s making a point for the benefit of the manager, but turning away customers who go to this convenience store for a service isn’t going to result in loyal custom that’s for sure.
