    Would be five star if it wasn't for a nasty piece of work who works there , she purposely ignores you when you need serving , just throws the bag at you because she's to lazy to pack it her self , every time I go in there and she on the till there a queue because she's obviously slow and lazy . I've been going there for years and never had a good encounter with her , horrible woman , Her name badge says 'river'. (all other staff are great and really friendly)

    Good place and with me living just across the bridge from it it's good if I just what to pop out to get something but reason for no 5 stars is repeatedly out of stock on specific important things but other then that the prices are also quite bad cause I went for a small bottle of doctor pepper and they tried making me pay £1.80 for it same with the treats £3.00 for a bag of malteasers but other then the out of stockness and the prices it's a good little place to visit and it's right next to the water Hays chip shop so it's a good location and quite nice

    Staff absolutely rude to my daughter when asking if had more stock in the back as shelfs empty , then staff accused her to not even having a way of paying when she had my bank card . Half time you go in shop it hard even find a member of staff to serve you as always busy talking in back corner . Standards are slipping and customer service skills stink .

    I can't believe my husband has just been banned from the waterhayes Co op for shop lifting. Went to go and get bread and milk from there to be stopped at the door by some sort of manager to be told you're not aloud in this shop. My husband asked why his reply was that someone has reported my husband for shop lifting when the staff behind the tills knows my husband always pays. Best of it, there is no cctv evidence to prove it. What a complete joke

    Over priced food and drinks and selling engine drinks to under 25 and no security officers on the doors and the manager sits in the back office having a cup of coffee and the violent are they Band from all coop stores still no security on the shop floor checking for id cards and still no police in waterhayes you need to stop violence and people been thretend by the violent family from crackley get a security officers to banish this most evilest family from all supermarket and all your coop stores

    A handy and convenient local grocery store for those daily essentials. Except Sunday, the store usually opens early from 7am until 10 pm. Some items can be a little on the pricey side and not really suitable for your weekly shop.

    Better now it has had an upgrade! Its bigger and better than before. Everything you need at convienience with free parking. Prices can be steep sometimes but also has good deals on. I LOVE the 5 for £5 frozen deal. Would recommend.
