   Considering the mark-up on a monster is probably about £1 and debit card transactions are usually charged around 0.6% to the retailer, refusing a card to avoid paying 0.6pence seems like bad business but you do you, i just got my monster around the corner ✌️ £3 minimum card payment? Nah

   Absolutely appalling service for parcel collection. Refused to retrieve my parcel for a very long time. Very rude - zero customer service skills. Do not use if you're collecting a parcel. They shouldn't be able to offer the service in all honestly. Disgusting.

   If I could give no stars, I would! Awkward staff. Rude and blunt. Make the rules up on parcel collection as they go along. One day will accept collection if you can pick your name out of a list. Next day demand ID and a signature. I sent my partner with my ID to collect a parcel for me and he refused to release it unless I was there in person. I video called to show the assistant I was happy to allow my parcel to be handed to my partner and he basically laughed in his face. Stating that he could not let that happen. I sent my order details to prove it was my item and he refused. I have a disabled child at home and it is very hard to leave the house. He has caused nothing but trouble for me! Avoid!

   Used to be a nice corner shop but some how feels like your walking into someones private space. The drinks are never cold and not very friendly staff.
