Me and my friends went there together and we have this thing called "feast on the street" we decided we go to this co op. We got a lot of snacks to last bit we were 10p short and the worker Nigel gave us 10p and free bags. Thank you Nigel really made are day!
The member of staff that served me at the till could see i was struggling but snarled and repeatedly tutted at me because i wouldn't use the automated check out. I explained i was anxious and he threw my shopping at me, i want this dealt with and the member of staff removed from his post, before i remove him for you.
No different from any other co-op. Only reviewing it for the car park. Can I just add that if approaching from Crewe, it is the EXIT only entrance to the car park. HOWEVER if you don't know the place and a car is waiting to exit, you cannot see the EXIT ONLY sign, so cars trying to turn in make it a bit difficult for the cars to exit It needs lifting higher.
Don't understand why there are loads of 1 star reviews - it's your standard Co-op, nothing bad about it. I've not come across any miserable employees.
Goods not delivered by 2.10 I think I would be better off to cancel the order. You have the post code wrong. CW26RQ. The same as last weeks. Poor show
Hardly ever have the frozen meal deals available, baskets always everywhere at self serve and wait ages to be served as staff are usually in the back chatting.
I have always found all of the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The store always looks clean, it’s well stocked and reasonably priced. What’s not to like!
9 times out of 10 when i walk in the store there is no greeting from anyone (manager included), they're straight on the headset whispering to each other. I have seemingly been followed around the store before (in my work uniform, with my name badge on) and made to feel extremely uncomfortable. This could be purely coincidental but having worked in retail all my life i know all the signs someone thinks you're on the rob. I often need my age restricted products verified at the self checkout to which usually whoever approves doesn't even acknowledge me. Have given 1 star due to the fact that monster energy now seems to be in regular supply but now with the gym next door being open we will see. Try to shop at the other co-op down the road from now on.
Always check your receipt. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve been overcharged or if I buy a reduced item they charge you full price. This has happened in stores at Rudheath, Sandbach and Wistaston. I keep complaining over the years but nothing gets done.
