   Both older ladies on the till during the day are extremely rude to customers , giving out the dirtiest looks known the man and also walking away mid conversation. Some people aren’t made for customer service and this statement certainly fits these two women! Especially the taller lady, she needs a lesson in using manners and being polite. Disgusting.

   I’ve posted a parcel here a couple of times in the last two weeks. Today, the staff member was quite rude. She printed out my label to my parcel and normally the staff member puts this on the parcel. Therefore I didn’t touch the label she had printed off. However, when taking my receipt and saying thank you, the staff muttered “I’ll put your label on then”. If I had known this is what she wanted me to do then I would have done this.
