Lottie has always been trusted to look after double trouble when we go on holiday. She has her own set of keys & we know she comes the amount of times requested as we have door sensors & cameras that confirm this. She is the loveliest person & would highly recommend.
Lottie, is so amazing for us! She so kind and gentle with my little baby. She walks my dog on a daily basis and has never let us down. Lottie herself has worked wonders for Luna getting her to socialise well with others dogs. Luna has come on leaps and bounds because of Lottie we trust her 100%.
Lottie has walked our fur baby several times. She introduced herself to both us and Moo, so that we all knew each other before decisions were reached. She was/is friendly, professional, open, knowledgeable and entirely trustworthy. She made notes about our wishes and most importantly Moo's likes, dislikes etc. She was/is very responsive to messages and respectful of our home (being entrusted with a key on more than one occasion) We have also encountered Lottie on our own excursions and have always been hugely impressed by her obvious care and love for the dogs in her care. We have and do highly recommend her.
Lottie provides a fantastic service, we have used her for a couple of years now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. My dog absolutely adores her and is so excited to be with her, he would never just go with anyone as he is nervous and I wouldn’t trust anybody else with him as I know he is well looked after in her care. 5 stars plus
Lottie is the most caring and dedicated person we could wish for to look after our dog. She goes above and beyond to meet his needs and our family's. Our dog absolutely adores her and is always safe when he is with her. He is of a nervous disposition, but under Lottie's calm and patient supervision he is able to be walked in the company of other dogs. We could not recommend Lottie's Pawfect Services highly enough.
