   We have been using Jemma for a couple of years now and can confidently say we are a regular customer of hers. She is skilled, and does a decent job of grooming our dogs. Recently however, we learned Jemma has zero value and consideration for her regulars. We recently went through a tough personal time at the same time our dog was scheduled to be groomed. To be as considerate as possible of Jemma and her business, (despite the emotional turmoil) I sent her a message to notify her we were unable to have anyone take our dog to the appointment and would need to reschedule. Note, this is also the first and only time we’ve had to do this. One would think since we’re a regular of hers and have a good consistent relationship, she would be wise enough to be understanding of our circumstances. However to our surprise, she insisted and sent multiple messages during the days my family and I were grieving imposing the full charge of the appointment we were unable to attend. Despite no physical work on our dog took place and it wasn’t a case of negligence on our part, it is not justified to penalise us for any amount whatsoever. In fact, it’s poor business sense as she has no agreement in place to justify doing this. We will no longer be using this service and will find another groomer who is more flexible and considerate of their customers. Be warned if you can’t make an appointment as she will try to charge you the full amount, even with advanced notice.

   We've been using Jemma's service at Canine Design for nearly two years now (every 6 weeks) and we've been really pleased with what Jemma does and even more importantly, our hound loves it too. Our dog (a finnicky standard poodle) is quite particular about people but it's no problem to leave her with Jemma, in fact she seems to actually enjoy it. She's just had her summer haircut and is looking lovely. So, thumbs up and Thank you!!

   Very happy with Canine Designs in Aylsham. Jemma has great attention to detail and through making sufficient time available she is always able to achieve a superb groom. She provides a very reliable service and is always most accommodating with nothing ever being too much trouble. Highly recommend.

   Gemma wrote the wrong date on our appointment card then proceeded to say that we missed the appointment and wanted to charge us for it. We told her what had happened and she argued saying she didn’t write it. She has cancelled appointments at very short notice several times with no complaint from us. Now she has said that she will cancel all appointments. Do not use this place very flaky and not very nice when she makes a mistake

   Fantastic little dog grooming business with a very friendly groomer who clearly is very passionate about grooming and dogs in general. Our cockapoo puppy isn’t the easiest customer after a bad experience at Pets at Home but this groomers take extra one on one care and has done a fantastic job. Couldn’t recommend enough.

   I have been visiting Gemma for years with my beloved dogs and her work has always been to a very high standard. Years ago I tried various groomers but - my dogs always came back shaking but when I found Gemma my dogs were and are always happy after a visit wagging tails. Gemma has a kind calm manner and my dogs pick up on this. Pricing is very fair for the skill offered. I highly recommend I wouldn't go anywhere else with my dogs.

   I would try and avoid this place. We have used her many times in the past and her work is of a good standard but her prices are extortionate. We had agreed a price for our dog but when we collected her the price has gone up. We didn’t even pay close to £65 when we lived in London. We have since found a groomer in the same area who committed to £45 which suits us just nicely.

   We had two labradoodles groomed here on the weekend and as always the result was outstanding! Daisy always feels so relaxed and welcome there and Betty had her first groom, she will in time become a regular! Thanks for your help and advice as always!
