Our dog Jesse has been going to Tell Tails for 11 years now and I am extremely happy with the way he is groomed. They are real experts and have a huge amount of experience. Jesse is a nervous dog and Bernice is brilliant with him, very patient and kind. There’s always a friendly welcome for both of us!
Bernice always welcome Arlow and I she is always friendly and professional. She cut he’s fur to exactly the right length and style for the time of the year. He always comes out looking and smelling lovely. Would highly recommend.
Bernice always cuts our two miniature Schnauzers to absolute perfection. She has been known to supplement her skills with free lessons on how to avoid knots. She clearly loves her work, and the observations she makes about them shows how much she loves the dogs. Despite him being a nervous lad, she takes very good care of our older one. I never have the slightest worry about leaving our treasures in her capable and loving hands for an expert groom.
I can highly recommend taking your dog for a groom to Tell-Tails. Our dog always comes home looking and smelling lovely, they always listen and carry out the trim we want. They are the best groomers we have used for our dog. Many thanks
Wonderful thoughtful and kind person. It was my pups first trim and I sat in and watched while the trim took place. Everything was done at the wishes of my pup and as she was such a good girl no problems whatever. Will be booking again shortly. Thank you so much. ❤️

I wanted to put pen to paper where someone is worthy, we are on holiday at present I called into Tell Tails not expecting to get an appointment for my border collie Nellie, how wrong I was not only did they fit her in they have done a superb job . Nellie looks beautiful and smells gorgeous. Thankyou so much I really did appreciate it , only wished we lived nearer thank you so much
She works miracles, refall in love with my dog evey time I pick her up. If she is busy and can't get us in, I would rather wait than use anyone else.
