   Awful. Our cockapoo had matting under his ears ( recovering from ear infection) which we couldn’t remove, my partner trimmed all paws and gave him a good brush but I decided a handsome cut would be nice for Christmas. The only place I could get him in was this place, our pup has been before but she shaved him rather than shaped. He looked awful. My instructions were strictly to shape and sort his ears. Firstly she yanked his lead so I asked her not to as he is nervous. Then she took 3 hours instead of 2.5 and called to let me know like it was my fault, she also put the price up. When I arrived she was in a foul mood, my dog was completely shaved again, I asked why and she said he was completely matted and has an ear infection. There was no matting as our brush would never glide through it, it was simply longer and slightly curly which she clearly can’t style !!! I hardly responded and she told me “pay me and don’t come back!! “ she was lifting the lead as high as possible as she passed my dog through the door. This woman has no patience and when I left I heard her yell at the dog she had in there and this was from 2 doors away. Strongly advise you to stay away from this place

   Took our Terrier here for the first time yesterday. The lady was very friendly and helpful. After discussing what we required, we went away and she called us when our dog was finished. Our terrier has had the best groom since we have had her (3 years). An excellent job.
