Stacey has been Kuma's groomer for many years and I would not go anywhere else, she is a great groomer and her prices and conditions are fair. She goes above and beyond and treats Kuma brilliantly. Kuma has always come out looking and smelling fantastic and I would recommend her 100%
Have been coming here for over 3yrs Stacey always polite and professional best groomer round here p.never had a any issues so surprised when I read Ms Sambas bad review perhaps her husbands behaviour was the problem
Found the groomer very rude and abrupt towards my husband my dog always seemed nervous going in to the point my husband asked has anything happend to the dog while here groomer always banging on about having 24 hrs notice of changers or cancellation or late if not a full fee will apply but does not do this towards her customers my dog was supposed to go in on a Saturday but Stacey contacted my husband less than 12 hrs the night before that she will be putting the prices up to cut our dog or she will not be cutting our dog anymore Stacey had a whole month to tell us of price changes like I said she wants 24 hrs notice but does not give the respect back to her customers a very rude lady take your dog somewhere else if you want a friendly service as you won't get it here

Always very helpful and professional with my 2 dogs. Dogs enjoy going there for being groomed. Been here several times and will go back again.
