    Staff need to read and learn of the equality act 2010 on refusing assistance dogs into the premises this is illegal to do so its not only just guide dogs that can enter shops this need addressing and educating to all your shops as the experience i had today was horrible and the staff person was telling me no dogs i explained that they are assistance dogs and her attitude was just to ignore what I was explaining and to be like that infront of other customers I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and for staff to be aware of the law and what is legal and illegal...

    Used to be great, fresh bread and lots of other things from the bakery, a great selection of meats but now it’s clearly been bought out and they have gone full commercial and scrapped the bakery and butchery, don’t use it any longer

    I bought an out of date packet of sweets here that tasted foul. Took it back and was told by staff that the pack of Haribo was supposed to taste like soap , no offer of refund or swap. Next stop trading standards
