Review relates to the makeup advisor at the rear of the store, the young Indian lady who does the makeup.... while it was not me that partook in makeup, it was my friend... she had a great service from a lovely young lady who was confident, easy to talk to and polite ... her work was done with minimum of fuss and my friend left feeling so much better.
Amazing customer service from Superdrug staff at the perfume counter, with special thanks to Izabel. With the festive season approaching shopping can be busy and stressful so their attentive service was highly appreciated. All of the counter staff were friendly, welcoming and provided advice as well personal fave fragrance recommendations which really helped choosing that perfect scent for a gift! Will be returning again for fragrance shopping.
Sandra, at beauty studio, is awesome. She is so professional and friendly. Everytime she did my eyebrows, I am super satisfied with her work. I have already recommended her to my friends and family. If anyone is looking for the days shes working. She is available from Sunday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.
It's a great shop, with great products, and reasonable prices. However, there are quite a few times when I visit that, they could do with putting a few more members of staff on the tills. Especially when there is a rather large queue, and you have a bus to catch, and there's only one till in service. If this were to improve, I'd then rate it 5 stars.
Service was okay,but as usual didn't have the medication prescribed resulting in a return journey which is inconvenient!!!
Beauty studio by Superdrug in Swansea deserves 5 stars. The ladies working there are brilliant at their job, especially the eyebrow threading. I am a regular visitor, quick, fast and great deal. Definitely coming back.
They ruined my partner's christmas gift by advertising perfumes under wrong name. I wanted return but it has been refused even though they misguided me with product. When i tried to tell that these two are completely differnt they attitude was very bad and they were lying to me that two dofferent perfumes smells the same.
Got my nose pieced from here and daughter earring. N always get my threading done thank you lovely ladies excellent customer service.
Superdrug's own brand items are all CRUELTY FREE. This includes their makeup. I bought their mascara for the first time. It is great, my eyelashes look long and jet black. Customer service in store was wonderful. The assistant was chatty and friendly.
