Took our nervous spaniel for his first visit to a groomers today and so glad we went for The Dog House. The staff were lovely and patient and he came back looking very handsome. Would really recommend.
These guys are amazing, always hard dropping ya dog off at groomers but Ayla is always happy and perfectly cut when we collect. Also witnessing how they are with all the doggies when i was waiting to collect her. Just know she is in good & caring hands
We called The Dog house today with a last minute emergency having been let down by another groomer and without hesitation the team kindly agreed to help squeeze in our dog on the hottest day of the year when they were already fully booked and they did an amazing job looking after him and he came out looking his best ever! Amazing service and great team - highly highly recommend! Thank you all for your help!
I wouldn't take my shih tzu anywhere else, definitely my favourite doggy spa and lovely to see dogs happily mingling rather than locked in a cage like my previous groomers! As an overprotective fur baby mum, I know she'll be looked after here.
As I was starting up a local dog walking business, I reached out to Pippa to see if I might spend a day at The Dog House to find out more about how they worked. And what a warm welcome I received! The business is totally doggie client orientated. I had the pleasure of seeing a very varied range of dogs come for grooming on the day. Each one was treated with care and respect by people that are not only very talented but truly love being with their canine customers. Pippa has brought together a super team of professional dog groomers and I learned so much from them. The ladies are obviously all very experienced and even a couple of first time pups soon relaxed into their pamper session. I will have no hesitation recommending The Dog House to my clients. We are really lucky to have such super establishment close to home.
The Dog House has been great with my Irish Terrier, Stanley. He needs to be hand-stripped and his coat now looks amazing! The staff are very helpful and the dogs always seem happy & relaxed.
