   Although it’s further to walk, I use this store rather than another one in the area. The man who serves me is polite and smiles. The shelves are well stocked and the store clean and tidy. Takeaway coffee is a no for me because of my budget , but it does smell nice.

   Started shopping here as opposed to other local convenience store due to the far better customer service..that was until today (2nd May: 1.30pm) The woman serving was ignorant & rude (I'm being trying to be polite). No please or thank you & certainly none of the jovial pleasantries I've come to expect. I've given 3* in respect for the previous 5* service & today's 0* service. Time to re-think my local shopping choices!

   I purchased tobacco here, left the shop and opened it to roll a smoke and it had white mold over it and smelled strange, took it back within 5 minutes of opening only to be told I can't do anything about it cause you opened it and refused to exchange it. (How do I know it's no good if I don't open it) don't shop here go to the other places open
