I had a great experience at this pharmacy when I came in for blood tests. Mr Jignesh was professional, friendly, and very reassuring, which made the whole process quick and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained, and the service felt efficient and well organised. I was very pleased with the care I received and would definitely recommend this pharmacy for anyone needing blood tests or other services.

My wife and I visited today for our travel vaccinations. Online booking was easy. Pharmacist was a really nice guy, who explained the risks, etc, possible side effects to be aware of. Whilst waiting for our paperwork, there was a constant stream of people arriving at the counter, the assistants seem to know most by name and spoke to everyone so nicely. A proper community chemist, where everyone seemed so professional and very customer focused.
I was very happy with the earwax removal service from Croyland Pharmacy. I booked the appointment by phone and managed to get treatment the same day. I had to wait in the shop for a little while before my appointment but I noticed that everyone in the queue was given friendly attentive service from the pharmacy staff. A very nice lady called Sam did the procedure. She was friendly, reassuring and professional. She took time to explain the process thoroughly and put my mind at ease. Pictures were taken of both inner ears and Sam explained what they showed. After the painless procedure the relief from congestion and earwax pressure was immediate. Ear Microsuction is the safest and most effective way to remove earwax. Sam recommend measures I should take to reduce the future build up of earwax. I would happily use Croyland Pharmacy again.
Hi I had been struggling to hear having had an inner ear infection. The pharmacist made me feel so relaxed and comfortable as I was a bit embarrassed about the ear wax removal but they completely put me at ease. They were professional and kind and best of all my hearing has improved. Anyone with blocked ears should try Croyland Pharmacy :) Lottie
At Croyland pharmacy, they offer incredible service. The staff are amazing, they are ambitious to make sure that they handle any situation that comes their way, to make their patients happy. Everyone there works hard, despite how busy they can be. This shows how resilient they are as a team and why they function efficiently. Couldn’t recommend a better pharmacy.

First visit yesterday afternoon for booked treatment appointment. Busy pharmacy but dealt with quickly and efficiently by friendly and professional staff. Treatment was carried out in a suitable private room; everthing was fully explained and delivered extremely professionally. Excellent flexibility in arranging future appointments. Thoroughly recommend them. They offer a wide range of services making it easy to get access to specific medical procedures/ interventions/ checks etc.
