I had an appointment at KB clinic last week due to an injury that occurred in the gym. I called up as soon as it happened and Kim managed to see me early the next day. this was the first time I had been to the clinic It was a nice warm atmosphere with Kim waiting at the front door to welcome me, we diagnosed the problem very quickly within minutes I was told it was a strain of muscle in the lower back. We did an hour of work on the area and my upper back. After the session my upper back felt a lot looser, lats were pain free. The sarco injury still needs work done as it not just a one trip resolution. But very thankfull I could be seen at short notice, would definitely recommend for any gym related injury/treatment!
