We can’t thank Iona enough! After just a few visits, my husband’s sciatica, which had been unbearable for several months, finally went away. The pain was affecting his work, sleep, ability to sit, driving. We tried special devices, creams/gels, and tablets – but everything only gave temporary relief. Thanks to Iona’s help, he can now live and work normally again. Highly recommended!
Definitely recommend body limits! I’ve seen Jackie a few times now for my pains in my neck back and shoulders. She has really worked wonders. She’s also the loveliest lady !! Everyone is massively accommodating and helpful.
Was greeted by the most friendly receptionist, I think her name is Sonja, what a Legend. I then had a treatment with Lydia who was so thorough and mindfull of my injury. I felt so looked after! Such a friendly and professional team. Would absolutely recommend this treatment clinic

Remarkably, a physio who doesn't want patients to come back (at least not for the same thing). Putting patients before profits.
The lady on Reception was very friendly and helpful. The therapist was also very friendly and diagnosed my back problem resonably quickly and gave me couple of exercises that should help. Will be going back next week for another treatment.
Excellent highly professional treatment clinic. My Sports And Manipulative Therapist Lisa has worked wonders over the past two years following a chronic hip and groin injury that had left me unable to run for nearly three years. Lisa got me back to running and gave me the confidence to complete numerous races including an Full Ironman and and Ultra Triathlon highly recommend.
