10/10 Experience! Still the Absolute Best After a Decade and Two Pregnancies! I just had a fantastic laser hair removal session with Tracy at Elite Laser Clinic, and I couldn't be happier! I was a client of Tracy's about 10 years ago. I only managed 3 sessions 10 years ago before stopping due to becoming pregnant. Over the following years, I had two children, and I was absolutely amazed that there was minimal hair growth in the areas I had treated, despite the hormonal changes. I've now restarted my treatments, and the experience is just as exceptional as I remember. Tracy is so caring and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment and the services are truly excellent. Tracy kept checking if I was ok and comfortable throughout the treatment. If you're looking for professional, effective, and long-lasting laser hair removal, I wholeheartedly recommend Tracy at Elite Laser Clinic. She is truly the best!
I came here for full body laser hair removal and, to be honest, I’m very disappointed with the results. I had 13 sessions and have only seen about a 20% reduction in hair. I was repeatedly told that “everyone is different,” but after this many sessions, I expected at least a 70–80% reduction — something much closer to what was initially promised. I travelled from London after seeing an influencer recommend this clinic, but in hindsight, there are far better clinics in London that I wish I had gone to instead. I invested a lot of time, money, and effort into this process, and unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth it. I genuinely regret spending so much for results that didn’t meet expectations.
Hands down the best clinic and worth the drive from London! I’ve been seeing Tracey for over 3 years and the results have been remarkable. Very few hairs remaining on my legs and underarms. In fact it had been 5 years since I needed a top up which goes to show how effective the treatment has been. Having been to several other practitioners since my last session with Tracey, no one has even come close to the level of expertise and thoroughness of covering every area. Highly recommend Tracey, one of the best in the industry!
I have been attending this clinic for some time now, with excellent results in a reasonable time. Tracey and Kayleigh are always friendly, polite and professional, and lots of advice is given regarding your treatment. I was fairly anxious about the initial treatment, but Kayleigh put me at ease, talking through the process and explaining how laser treatment works. Highly recommended for anyone looking for laser hair removal.

After a long search for a good laser, none but Long Pulsed Nd: YAG Laser is been the best for my medium to light skin with dark and coarse hair. Tracy and Kayleigh have been absolutely amazing in helping me get the best hair-free skin. The service is so excellent that I am even happy to travel from Manchester for my sessions. the process is comfortable, and Tracy and Kayleigh make the experience so nice. The process also is done very patiently ensuring all part is completed making me feel so much more satisfied than a rushed appointments. I will continue my treatment at Elite Laser Clinic and would recumbent anyone with my skin tone to get the service.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Tracey and Kayleigh. After losing almost £2000 to a large clinic (cannot name them), I contacted Tracey to explain my experience and my reluctance to trust anyone and she reassured me straight away. Tracey and Kayleigh care more about people and what they need as opposed to focusing only on the business/money side of things. Fantastic results thanks to fantastic ladies and I would never go elsewhere. I thank God I found them because my life has honestly changed for the better. I feel like a new woman so thank you ladies.
I've had the best experience with Kayleigh! I was always made to feel so comfortable and the clinic itself is so lovely and clean. The communication was always great and Kayleigh often went out of her way to be flexible with appointment times which was so appreciated. My results have been amazing and I would recommend Elite to anybody!
Excellent customer service! I honestly wish I could give more stars. Tracey and Kayleigh are both very professional and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I travel from Luton and it is so worth it as I'm very happy with my results from their services.
