   Only been here twice. First time I went they sold me counterfeit vapes, I scanned the QR code which confirmed the goods were fake, I had only made it 10 yards down the street so took them straight back, they act surprised and gave me replacements from a separate cabinet - they obviously have an area for the fake stuff and a separate area for the good stuff as when I scanned the replacements they were genuine. Went here again a couple of days ago (through convenience) and again was sold complete rubbish. I didn't scan this time (don't know why) but the vapes definitely aren't genuine. Taste is awful and battery is just as poor. Nowhere near the same quality as the same product i buy from my regular shop. Stick to what you know, don't be drawn in by their vast amount of flavours and well presented stock... they're selling knock off gear and don't deserve your custom.

   Terrible customer service, ordered 20 vapes Friday and paid for Saturday delivery and didn’t receive any parcel, I got in contact Sunday to be told I would have to wait till Tuesday…. Customer service on instagram was shocking 1 to 4 word replys or just a picture and no one replyed to my emails when I was trying to get some information, I’m a returning customer who’s never had problems before but after this don’t think I’ll order again after this….. Never known a professional company to handle problems this way, instead of trying to fix the problem or help me they just wanted todo a refund and get me out the way it felt, wouldn’t recommend unless u have no other option

   Don't usually write these but I thought I would this time. I wasn't gonna order online due to payment methods via bank transfer, but after much hesitation I thought I'll take a gamble my order status was "stuck on hold " convinced my gamble went in favour of the house on day two I finally got someone on the phone after many tries to be assured it was leaving the next morning,.I called again later next day as it still said on hold to be told it had left I then got a tracking order and next day it actually arrived and really happy with my order I will be ordering again without the hesitation.

   Went in to get a new device as previously used disposables. Someone came and asked if I needed assistance, to which I told them what I wanted. He pointed yo the case, asked for recommendations, he pointed at a glass cabinet and said one of these and walked away before I could ask for info on them. Left and went to another vape shop where I actually received recommendations, advice and talked through multiple devices to find one to suit. Definitely a let down.

   Went in for cigars they had a decent selection but not much in way of the Cubans or other major brands. The shop was stocked to the ceiling with other smoking items - never seen so many e cig flavours!

   Bought a bottle of Zeus Juice. Got it home and compared it to my other bottle. Clearly a fake. Batch number came off with a bit of rubbing compared to the real one. Checked official Zeus Juice stockists and they aren't even on there. I dread to think what it in this.

   Sold me incompatible devices without proper checking and didn't give me a receipt. I'm currently waiting on replacement coils and tank glass that will fit the device I bought there and have been waiting nearly 2 months, with no end in sight. Do not be fooled. Go to another place for vape devices, the glass fronted one in town is great. I do highly rate their papers selection, however this cannot make up for the deplorable lack of customer service and care.
