40min on hold on the phone as an average, even if you are "caller number 1 in the queue", absolutely shocking. Staff keep getting the basics wrong, not ordering urgent prescriptions correctly for children (happened twice now). Would need serious re-evaluation of managerial roles.

Dr Glasgow, supports the wrong football team, but she is a superstar. I have really enjoyed being a member of this surgery, they are great

Can't get through and when you do you can't get an appointment for weeks. Waiting for a cancer diagnosis and it's been 3 weeks since my step father's records show stage 2 cancer but no GP has bothered to call him. Missed a call while attending a scan at the hospital so now have to wait another week and a half for a call back! Absolutely disgraceful.

Rude and arrogant, closes before time. Keeps chatting to each other when patients are waiting. Doesn't listen properly and take down instructions incorrectly. Leaves the phone ringing whilst they are chatting to colleagues and they have just hung up on me at times. I've rarely seen the These are some of the things I've experienced

Never been to this Surgery before but my Doctors from the general 5 practices booked me here for a blood test . All I can say is the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile and hello and immediately you feel it’s a lovely place . You got the feeling from the staff I saw it was definitely a happy place to work and the place was so clean , airy and plenty of seating . Thank you to the Nurse you gave me a blood test .. I wasn’t rushed and she really made me feel at ease and such professionalism and care . Thank you . You can always tell immediately when it’s a happy place to work in a credit to all the staff working there .

Amazing surgery. Lovely staff. You can get to see the Dr of your choice. We are fortunate to have free medical care here in the UK.

My first home visit for about 20 years was with Dr Sarah. She was friendly knowledgeable thorough and reassuring She explained everything I needed to know and did not make me feel rushed. I would like to thank her very much for coming. I could not have asked for more. Thank goodness I am lucky enough to be with Park Road Surgery

My name is now Carol Stockwell and I've recently moved into the area with my Husband....I would like to say how lovely, welcoming, helpful, and kind all the Receptionists , Doctors, Nurses, and Pharmacy have been at Park Slope since joining the Surgery....praise instead of complaint is too often forgotten.

Ive never known a doctors surgery be closed for 2 & a half hours at lunch time which is really annoying. However, I am glad they now have a card machine at the pharmacy. You can often get a same day appointment, but you rarely see the same doctor twice and some doctors do not give good advice (one told me to "power through" suicidal thoughts when taking medication state on the leaflet to stop taking immediately if you get suicidal thoughts!!) The surgery is outdated and barely any parking. But it's OK. I only stay for the quickness of appointments.
