Absolutely brilliant and reliable service. I’ve recently both ordered PCR and antigen tests in the last week and both results were back extremely quickly. In fact the antigen was literally within minutes on a Sunday afternoon. You can always get hold of somebody by email or phone. Fully recommend this company and I will definitely use them again.
We needed a covid certificate to get onto our cruise and decided to go with these guys. The price was very good and the service I personally received was excellent. I asked them about the various concerns I had and these were answered very quickly and put my mind at ease. The actual test and process to obtain the certificate to travel was quite straightforward and having received my certificate , there was an error on my part which I informed them about and this was dealt with quickly. 10 out of 10 from me.
We used the supervised testing option to enable us to board our cruise holiday. The process was quick and easy and cost us a fraction of what the cruise company would have charged us. Would definitely recommend.
We booked our fit to fly test closer than we perhaps should have done to our flight date . Like others, we were a bit concerned that the whole thing could be a bit complicated and take some time - which we didn't really have. We shouldn't have worried. Ordering the test was super simple and the supervised test was a breeze, helped a lot by the very good instruction we received. The results were very quick too. For the price and the simplicity of the process, I doubt you will beat UKHT and we will certainly be using them again. We highly recommend them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! UK Health Testing service wich is registered and run uder TRM Enterprises, have been scamming their customers. I have ordered a Day 2 test prior to my arrival to the UK, completed the test and sent it off on a Friday morning using the prepaid postage label that they provided. Five days later I've received an email stating that my sample will not be processed as it took more than 72 hours to deliver it to their laboratory. No where in their terms and conditions did it state that I was responsible for the delivery of the the test withing 72 hours or advised to use a different postal service during a weekend delivery. Got in touch with them, but the first few emails have bounced back to me. Left a negative review on Trustpilot earlier and their team got in touch, but putting the blame on me and offering to only refund half of the price I have paid. I have paid in full for a service that was clearly not provided to me, now I also will potentially face a fine, for not complying with the governments laws. Imagine how many more people faced the same situation as me, and this company still fails to make changes to their service or be responsible for this issue. I have no words honestly. Do not recommend to use any of their services, as they clearly cannot be trusted!
