   I recently visited GCG Pharmacy for an ear wax removal appointment and was very impressed with the service. The young lady who looked after me was absolutely lovely — friendly, professional, and very thorough. It turned out I didn’t actually have any ear wax, but she discovered I had an ear infection instead and made sure I got the right antibiotics to treat it. I really appreciated her care and attention. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their excellent service and professionalism!

   I joined this pharmacy as I previously had problems with one of my prescription items that my doctors refused to change. Geeta assured me that she had that item in stock and she would ensure that future monthly prescriptions would be filled. She has never let me down. The customer service is exceptional from the entire team!! Jonathan, the Pharmacist, has offered the best medical advice and his constant support has seen me through a very challenging year and I have increased the number of prescriptions significantly. I really don't know how I would have coped without their support. I can't thank them enough.

   As usual fantastic friendly service. Unfortunately item I was prescribed at hospital wasn't in stock but Jonathan placed it on special order so I'll get it tomorrow. They have a fantastic text service which means you know exactly when your prescription is ready for collection. As I have prescription on monthly basis this saves me so much time

   I am always impressed with the service; throughout pandemic they have done their best to look after everyone, have remained polite and helpful in difficult circumstances, I've always receive good advice when surgery doctors are unavailable. No complaints, only high praise for all the staff.

   Excellent.... whilst up until a few months ago there were issues here, now with the new pharmacist Jonathan and his Excellent staff, things are totally different... The whole atmosphere in the shop is calm and you hear happy talking not stressed and down beat, I was asked on a number of occasions if I had been seen, which I had, and was waiting after a unhurried, informed chat with Jonathan, who was getting my order ready.... if I can suggest that you give them a chance after clearly a lot of things have changed I am sure you will be happy, as both my husband and I are...

   The long standing working ladies in the shop are very lovely and try to help their best. But recently medication is not there on time and never know when it will be in. Particularly my sons medication I put repeats in and even 2 weeks later still don't have the medication blamed on suppliers! Used to be really good service
