   I was very disappointed on Mothers'Day not to have received the flowers my son had ordered for me on the Internet. He told me to expect a delivery on the Sunday for Mother's Day and I waited and waited but nothing arrived. My son phoned up and was told they would now be delivered on the Monday,he was upset and so was I. Monday came, again I waited, they finally arrived at 1.10pm. I was about to ask my son to cancel them as by now I could go and get fresh flowers much cheaper. I accepted the flowers and phoned the shop to ask for an explanation and even thought there might have been an apology, no, on the contrary, the florist I spoke to was very defensive and rude, She blamed my son saying he should have ordered them sooner, she then said he asked for them to be delivered on the Monday, am I the only person to be in this situation? She then told me some mums had received theirs on Saturday( stating that wasn't Mother's day either) at least they received them by their special day. I didn't expect to be treated like this by a business operating on behalf of Inter Flora.

   Would highly recommend this florist. We decided to make my father’s casket spray. The ladies working there were full of knowledge and guidance on how best to make it. The flowers were of amazing quality and the colours and choices were perfect. Nothing was too much to ask and will definitely be buying flowers from you moving forward.    I have been a customer of Cottey Florist for many years and cannot recommend this business more highly. The standard and quality of all of their flowers, the presentation and customer service is exceptional. I ordered a floral tribute for my Mum recently and she had requested a specific Naomi rose. They sourced this over the xmas period and the coffin spray that Zoe created was outstanding. I received several stunning bouquets during my recent bereavement all of which were all of the highest quality, well conditioned flowers, that were long lasting and absolutely beautiful. I thoroughly recommend Cottey Florist in Killay for the best service, floral gifts and at extremely competitive prices.

   I called today to pick up flowers for my mum who’s going through a sad time I bought a mixed bunch of white and pink Lilly’s ( her favourite ) The flowers were absolutely stunning and the smell was even better! Within hours some had started opening and were out of this world Lovely service and quality Highly recommend

   I needed a floral spray to adorn a wicker casket and went straight to Maureen Cottey as we had used her before and always been very pleased. My Mum was an artist and she painted beautiful floral pictures and I wanted something vibrant and stunning - a show stopper really.Staff in the shop were very friendly and welcoming and I chose from a catalogue. On the day when I saw the flowers on the casket I was blown away, they were beyond perfect and definitaly outshone the photo in the catalogue. I will never forget that vision and will be eternally grateful for the wonderful spray that they created for us.

   Order roses here for valentine day costing £49.00 then 2 days before order white roses at Tesco costing £6.99. I must say the expensive flowers are dead and the Tesco cheap ones are still going strong
