I saw Greg today after over a decade of being turned away by GPs and the like. He listened to me and made me feel heard about my issues and gave me indications as to what the issues may have stemmed from. He also gave me stretches to do at home in the meantime for when I next see him. I feel immensely better already! Can't wait to come back.
I've had four visits for two issues. I found Greg to be warm, precise and articulate. He massively helped me with a shoulder and nerve issue and recently gave me exercises for a sprained ankle. I would recommend him to anyone and wish I had gone sooner!
My initial visit regarding a bulging disc. I was impressed with everything Greg asked, said and did. His explanations as to what was wrong, how it happened, and how to mend were very easy to understand. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
1st time and the Movement Clinic and was treated by Sorcha. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Asked lots of questions and checked my mobility before treating me. She really worked on the areas and I felt sore but much better by then end of the session. She advised on some exercises, nothing difficult, that could be done to help strengthen my muscles. I knew it wasn't going to be fixed by one visit so going back for an additional session. Would definitely recommend if you have any muscle tightness!
Greg is very knowledgeable and confident and can quickly identify muscle problems. He is able to treat these with manupulation, massage (acupressure?) and acupuncture.To complement these treatments, he gives simple and realistic exercises to be undertaken between appointments. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any muscle pains or sports injuries.
