Still waiting for call back 3 months later, no results, can't eat, what's the point. It is extremely painful

I went for my procedure with the endoscopy team and I couldn't be happier as they greeted me with kindness and support not to mention the great care they provided. Thankyou to everyone who was involved in my treatment they were amazing. Xx
Yesterday I attended the endoscopy .department for a follow-up procedure. As always, I was treated with the utmost respect and in a most professional manner by all members of the department. I was made to feel most special, put at ease and the care shown to me was second to none. In particular I would like to mention Mr Mathews who carried out the procedure for his calm, caring and reassuring manner together with his nursing assistants who made my visit to the department as comfortable as can be possible. Thank you to all members of the department.
