   I'm very happy with my service under the Simpler Tax Group. The team are always very responsive to my queries and happy to take meetings to discuss any issues I might have. I am provided with accountancy services for myself personally, and for my business. Each element is clearly categorised, so I understand what each relates to, and what is required of me. Everyone's tax situation is unique, but even in my own unique setup, I feel the Simpler Tax Group provide an above-average level of knowledge when it comes to obscure or rare questions. If an answer is unknown, they will go away, research the correct course of action, and present me with an answer - rather than guess on the spot.

   I wanted to check the possibility of a company formation (having done this before) needing future business start up. I booked a meeting and Craig called me at the time of for the meeting. I discussed my current status/desires/future plans and Craig was responsive to my ideas in a professional manner explaining everything I needed. At this stage from his advice I deemed it appropriate I re-visit my ideas in 6 months and I have made a future diary note to see if it was appropriate to use NSBA for company formation then - for today GREAT SERVICE - thank you. (I always like to support good local businesses and NSBA is no exception).

   Absolutely fantastic accountants! Craig and his team at NSBA Ltd. have been brilliant in dealing with the accounts for my business. Not only were our accounts made up well, in a timely manner and filed on our behalf, Craig and his team always provided a very personalised service, which in my previous experience, many accountants have lacked. Further to the statutory accounts we were required to prepare and file for the company, Craig and his team were always willing and able to both provide advice and talk through any financial term with good clarity for a non-specialist in this area, helping my business partner and I to gain further knowledge and control of our company's finances. For the service we have received from NSBA Ltd. we also found the price to be both great value and very reasonable indeed. Taken altogether, I cannot fault Craig and NSBA Ltd. at all, and also cannot recommend them enough! As an added bonus, I found Craig and his team at NSBA Ltd. to be very understanding of the nature of technology companies too, which ours was. So if you are running a tech business (ltd. or self-employed) and need accountancy services, then look no further.
