   Hi all, First of all not sure where to start from. Our journey started with care Northampton back in 2022. We’ve been married for several years but no natural luck. Contacted care Northampton and they booked us for consultation and after full planning prepared. And I cannot thank care Northampton enough for helping us out in our journey. Extremely professional team throughout. Answer all my questions/queries I had before treatment started. And with god help we’ve very successfully journey. All thanks to care Northampton ❤️ Highly recommend from us.

   Incredible. We came to Care Northampton following a terrible experience with a failed round at Oxford Fertility and it was like night and day! We met with Dr Khairy and he listened to my history and suggested a different protocol to help us increase our chances. He was successful and we now how a son and daughter. We are beyond grateful. The staff are incredible and caring, and really listened to my concerns. I really appreciated being under the care of Anna for the embryo transfer and early pregnancy scans. She was lovely and empathetic. We cannot thank you all enough.

   With the new Salve app it is much easier to get hold of them. The egg retrieval was pretty smooth Very helpful embryologists Fitted me in promptly for bloods Doctors/ nurses are good but I wish they had more expertise on our issue (it is an uncommon issue). We ended up feeling like we had to get a separate consult with another clinic to understand the issue more. Having said that - due to location and the fact that the cycle we had was reasonable - I would try again with them. I think if we didn't have such an uncommon issue the experience would be smoother.

   Had a really positive experience with Care Northampton. Privately funded. All charges were clearly outlined included what would be typical for medication. Made to feel really comfortable for pre procedure tests and scans. Very caring when had some bleeding early on. Got me in quickly for blood tests. Luckily all was ok and we now have a 3 month old little girl. Cannot thank CARE enough! Highly recommend them.

   Even though communication and admin hasn't always been straightforward (difficult to reach by phone as often through to voicemail, no or slow responses to emails, delays in medication because of an admin fault, wasn't able to pay through the portal), the lovely staff during my treatment from the ward nurse to the anesthesia doctor and everyone around really made up for it, therefore a very easy 5 stars. Straight after the procedure I was informed of the results and the same afternoon I was informed of the freezing results. The lovely staff really made this a less stressful experience.

   They care by both name and nature. I changed clinics after having both a failed fresh and frozen IVF cycle and CARE used this info to help shape my cycle with them. Online portal is so good to keep on track with everything and submit paperwork. Helps speed up the process etc. The support and medications I were advised were very well explained and tailored exactly to myself and my partners needs. I really appreciate the clinics’ expertise, and they were very vigilant in doing an early egg collection as they could see signs of OSS after only a few days of stimming. I only had one cycle with CARE, but it resulted in 10 blastocysts and one transferred resulting in my daughter born this March. I am so pleased with this clinic. My results were never as good at my prior clinic (3 blastocysts) and I am so thankful I will only need to go through frozen cycles if we choose to expand our family in the future.

   Unfortunately due to the sensitive nature of treatment I do not feel comfortable leaving my name, however I will also be informing the clinic of my concerns. The treatment was undertaken at Care Fertility Northampton. I do not know what we were expecting, however an impersonalised and fast rolling service is not what we had in mind. I felt as if I was just another statistic to the clinic. We were an older couple so therefore statistically we had a lower chance of conceiving. I felt this played a major factor in the way our treatment was undertaken. This may not be the clinic for older persons wanting to be parents. Phone calls took a long time to be answered although I give them credit they did return the calls on the day. I felt I was on a conveyor belt. There was no time for discussion. No emotional support from staff and no time to feel nervous. The saddest part was as someone who had the condition vaginismus, this was totally ignored and invasive examinations were undertaken without any pain relief or time to relax. Just another person on the conveyor belt.
