   I took my son for contact lens retesting. He was told to arrive wearing his lenses and to bring the case, solution, and his glasses with him. When he checked in, he was asked what type of lenses he wears. We said they were daily silicone hydrogel and showed them his latest prescription. The optician explained that “daily silicone hydrogel” refers to the type of material, not the actual lens type, and that he is "legally required to know the specific type" before carrying out the eye test, otherwise we'll need to reschedule. Believing that is true, why weren't we asked about this information during booking, or when I phoned the branch to confirm the appointment or by email! Fortunately, I was able to find a photo of the lens box on my phone. Otherwise, we would have been refused the test and wasted our time! I've been to several other places for contact lens testing and was never asked to bring the actual lenses box with me!

   The store was inviting and all staff members friendly, particularly Roo who helped me pick out a new pair of glasses and sunglasses and ran through all the details with me after making sure that I was happy with my choices. He was very knowledgeable and particularly great for advice on frames and helped me choose some funky new styles!

   Very friendly and helpful welcoming staff. Good atmosphere on entering the shop. Service very professional. Great selection of affordable frames.Glasses always fitted well and correctly. I have been using Specsavers for many years and have alway been very happy with their service.

   Didn’t get any names but just want to thank the staff that were working on 20th October and 26th October. Was treated with kindness and respect when coming in for my eye test, picking out glasses and collecting them on the later date. The staff who I spoke to were lovely and very helpful in helping me understand what I needed. The facilities are clean and up to date, very impressed with the whole process. Couldn’t recommend the branch enough, thank you!

   I was very happy with our experience at Specsavers. All the staff were helpful. I had four children having their eyes tested and they managed to rearrange things so that the appointments could be back to back. All the staff were good with the children, making them feel at ease.

   I had a wonderful experience today. Roo was very knowledgeable and had a lovely manner that helped put me at ease . He explained everything to me as we went through the eye tests and respected that I preferred looking for new frames by myself. Joe was very helpful in explaining and breaking down the costings and again had a brilliant manner and was very helpful. I felt very at ease, not rushed in anyway and valued as a customer. Thank you!

   I was late few minutes with two children. We were the last appointment and the optician was still there for more than half an hour, chatting and doing her paperwork. She refused to see us. It was still 55 minutes till closing. They are not motivated to do any business. I couldn't find parking, difficult if you are not local. Other staff were friendly but not worth to visit if it is not your doorstep. I am desperate to make a new pair of glasses for my son as it is broken. Otherwise won't visit again this shop.

   The advert said "should have gone to Specsavers", so I did. First time having my eyes tested and staff were very friendly. Good selection of glasses for first time wearers. Happy to return for check ups when required
