   Been Vaping For 6 years+ and thought I would take a walk past Totally Wicked In Shrewsbury to see what new they had on offer I was served by a friendly Lady Called Lucy I was offered the New VLTZ Range and was aloud to test some of the flavours which i thought was very good and not many vape shops nowadays offer this type of service in the end i decided to pick up the New Peach Strawberry And Orange Flavour customer service in this store is to a A Class Standard Lucy has fantastic knowledge of everything that's available on offer and comes across as very professional Will 100% visit again and would recommend others do if wanting to quit smoking

   Excellent customer service 5*+ Being in a mobility scooter i didn't think i would be able to get in the shop. The young lady who i now no as Becky brought out a ramp.I was shocked due to not experiencing very many shops having one. I have to say,I learnt more about everything to do with vape batteries, liquid, coiles etc in half hour than ever before. This lady really had all the time in the world just to make sure i learnt all i needed to due to being a few weeks into vaping. I would definitely be recommending this store to family and friends. It would give me peace of mind knowing they'll be getting 100% correct advice and will be in great hands. Thank you ever so much Becky.

   My first time in this shop to day and I must say amazing staff Nikki was very helpful and down to earth not had a cig all day since I bought the mod kit and wall charger extra coils and juice loving the Bluetooth speaker built in to the mod be back soon for some more liquid very soon highly recommend this shop for all your vaping needs
