   Great Experience - Great Staff - Great Facilities We celebrated our Staff Christmas Party and all 25 of us had a fantastic time. Bowling, drinks, arcades and Pizza - all enjoyable. The staff were brilliant - Thank you.

   My son went for a laser tag party. He really loved it. Food looked yumy and he had lots of fun. Clean place, nice staff. The prices of the drinks for the adult a bit too much but still a nice place to go.

   Absolutely disgusting behaviour from both managers at tenpin Stafford tonight, tried to steal kids money then ran off behind a locked door and refused to come back out. Sent the other manager down to say they were both in a meeting hence why we had to wait 20 minutes to sort the problem out and then still hesitated to give the money back. Facilities are disgustingly unhygienic (toilets) and half the machines in the arcades don’t work.

   Bowling is fun as always, you know what you're getting. Service as the bar was shocking, one guy serving was slow, unenthusiastic and had the most montone voice. The other guy was putting glasses away while I stood there for about 7-8 minutes waiting while the bar was empty. Had my partner waiting for me to play our second game. Basically, if there's customers, you need to need leave the glasses and serve in my opinion.

   Fab time bowling and soft play but it was genuinely way too crowded in the soft play and arcade area. So took away some of the fun with the chaos of people stood round everywhere.

   Attended a laser tag party. The lazer tag part was good and my son enjoyed it but the party with the good wasn't really any good. The food was late, brought out trays of food 10-15mins apart from each other and the children were left waiting while watching their friends eat. No atmosphere in the party room, a few balloons but no music or party host. Management apologised for the delay in the food but wasn't good enough service. It wasn't my sons party and if it had of been I would have made a complaint. Arcade area was clean and tidy.

   Great place. Fun and decent sized. Car parking space was good. Arcade machines very dated and did unfortunately have to wait 30 mins extra even though we booked via online. Overall pleasant experience

   Kids had a great time on laser tag and bowling. The place is freezing, and I mean really cold, everyone is in there wearing coats and hats it's that cold. The food we ordered took just over an hour to arrive ( only after going back to complain about the delay) and was disappointing when it arrived. It's basically a £1 Iceland pizza for about £9

   I love that you can take selfies for your lane & have them on th screen, though I had a bit more fun with that than most. The staff were great, we had a couple issues with one of the arcade machines and they sorted it right away. Then, when we cashed in our tickets, they gave us extra sweets for free.
