The front desk walked me through design options, pricing, and placement. The shop was clean, organized, and had a relaxed vibe — perfect for someone coming in on a whim. My artist was professional and gentle, checking in with me throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable.

   There’s something really special about Swansea Tattoo Lab. I’ve been there a few times for piercings, and every single visit reminds me why it’s the only place I recommend to friends. Winnie isn’t just amazing at what she does, she’s one of those rare people who makes you feel truly seen and cared for. I’ve been going through a difficult time lately, and when I returned today with my friend that I recommended, Winnie remembered me instantly and gave me the warmest hug. It meant more than she probably realises. The studio is spotless, the energy is kind, and the people are genuine. Easily the best place around.

   My name is Lewis Hughes, using my girlfriends account to write this review.. I had a tattoo idea in mind for a few months and happened to be in town on a Saturday afternoon.. Popped into Mikes shop to see if they can book me in anytime soon and by chance we got told to come back in an hour to have it, Awesome news! Very welcoming staff, friendly relaxed atmosphere yet professional and clean. Wouldnt go anywhere else from this point onwards.. Thank you very much.

   I cannot recommend this shop more. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Both artists are such genuine and kind people not to mention extremely talented. My friend and I went in for walk ins after doing our research and we’re not disappointed. The prices were so fair, the service was quick and we had such an amazing time. Will defo be coming back.
