Great service from Christopher. Managed to change our room so we could have the top floor. Very friendly and super nice.
Stayed here for a week while my husband was on a work trip. Standard premier inn, clean and comfortable. Christopher at reception was super friendly and very helpful, suggesting where we could eat and making sure we settled in well, thank you Christopher!
Had 2 weeks here for business. In middle of 2nd week now. Been really comfy. Room warm and spacious. Had to hold the tap in position to get hot water in sink but no biggy. Radiator kept speaking every time it came on so turned it off at night. Reception staff really friendly. Christopher was amazing. Sorted a problem quickly with no fuss. He was chatty and helpful and made me feel welcome like I was a regular. Christopher is a credit to premier Inn. Thank you Christopher
We are staying here while my wife undergoes surgery at the nearby hospital. And for a for a few days after. Christopher and Jenny made us feel most welcome and were compassionate about my wife's condition. Our stay has been comfortable, relaxing and pleasant. There are many good places to eat and a very convenient M&S Food shop.
The heater in our room wasn't working so the receptionist organised to leave a portable unit outside our room. Unfortunately, some other guests took that before we got back so he organised another and dropped it off to us. Excellent service!
We stayed a couple of days. The room is big and the bed sleeps like heaven. Staff is really friendly. The breakfast werent that amazing (for that price) so we only went there once. We went for breakfast at Wetherspoons in Huntingdon (10 min drive). Overall good price and quality for the room. In earlier reviews we saw that is was noisy, i am a light sleeper and i did not hear anything at all.
Very helpful and friendly night staff. Rooms clean tidy and all you would expect at a premier Inn, have to say the shower was amazing, hot and strong, like a massage. Very convenient if you're travelling and need an overnight stay.
Friendly helpful staff, comfy beds, but the duvet is too thick for me, waking up sweating in the night but then the air is cold, not a nice feeling. But that's no fault of the hotel. Good Premier Inn.
