Moh on reception is incredibly slow and rude. Shower was broken. Shower also had hand wash to wash with not shower gel. Barely any towels provided. Electrical shock received the morning of check out from one of their light switches. "Customer service" offered a free breakfast. Declined my offer of photographic evidence. Don't bother paying to reserve a room as they don't give you the one that was selected and as they don't confirm what room you booked, it leaves you with no evidence. Avoid the company nevermind the hotel.

The room is very basic - which is to be expected given the price, but there was no soap in the bathroom dispenser and the shower drain overflowed. However, the experience overall was great value for money. The stay was topped off by a great buffet breakfast and a special mention goes to Kelly and Ricky who kept the buffet fresh and flowing. The customer service was amazing and why I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Efficient, polite and welcoming reception staff. Convenient location and parking - though it is tight even for a medium size car. The room was clean but basic, mine was also cold - the window sealed poorly when closed. The air-con was quite loud when on. Subjectively, I found the cool blue colour scheme reminiscent of a medical institution and not at all cosy. You can hear TVs in other rooms. Shower was ok. The Wi-Fi is slow to the point of not being unusable, then after 30 min you need to pay as well. Make it work or remove it as a facility. The mobile signal inside is poor and not much of an alternative.

This Hotel is great value for the location! The rooms are an amazing size, the staff are friendly and checking in and out is easy. It's a great stay, and a great price. It's close to the Shopping Centre and not too far from the Xscape. Would recommend!

Hotel staff were amazing!! They were friendly and polite, especially the restaurant and bar staff, in particular Mohammed was fantastic, with excellent customer service. I wish I could leave a 5 star review just for the staff. The reason I have only given 3 stars is that the duvet in my bed was dirty, the corridor smelt of marijuana, and one of the lifts kept breaking down, and smelt of vomit one morning. Also the wifi kept cutting out every few minutes.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Poor cleanliness, rude staff. On the day we arrived the roads adjacent to the hotel were blocked off due to a red bull event, we spent ages trying to find parking, tried call the hotel and no one answered. When we got to the hotel there was a sign stating that there was a redbull event and to park elsewhere, a little late to put the sign in the hotel at reception when you've spent ages trying to get to the hotel. I asked the receptionist if there was any reimbursement, her response was to shrug and say it wasn't there fault about the parking. Poor safety measures- fire alarm is set off and everyone evacuates the building, no one is theres to help an older lady with poor mobility to get down the stairs from the 5th floor, which meant she blocked the entire stairwell as she was heading down the stairs sideways....in reality people like this should be directed down by a member of staff, you wouldn't allow them to block the staircase trying to get down stairs whilst blocking it for everybody else! It wouldn't be safe for her or everybody else. When we got downstairs and were waiting outside (it was 11:45pm by the way) there were lots of families and babies waiting in the cold, at this point a member of staff should have been checking from a printed sheet checking off room numbers and guests...what if there had still been guests in their rooms; nobody was checking! Also there was no announcement stating we could now head back in and that everything was clear and safe, people just suddenly started making their way in to the hotel. Also no fresh towels, room not cleaned and bed not made. A really disappointing hotel stay. Room didn't really look like it had been cleaned, bits and dirt on the floor, pubes on the toilet and in the shower, just gross.

Greated at reception warmly. No hassle in checking in. Room was clean,(other than the toilet, due to vomit from previous stayer) and spacious. Location is good. Close to superstores & restaurant. This review was completed by my 10 year old son. Have a great stay!
