   What a great place to stay. Staff are super nice, breakfast is really good, what's not to like. If I was to be super critical, the room was a little cold even with the heater on full. Room 9 that was.

   Room was very nice, bathroom seemed recently done, one of the best in a premier inn I’ve ever seen. Easy free parking, great location. Stayed due to the Silverstone festival will be using again. Great bed.

   The kitchen at The Lakes Premier Inn was being refurbished. And the closest local cafe was also closed. So Reception Desk kindly recommended we go to the Premier Inn Wooton for breakfast. My young family and I were warmly received by Veronika, she appeared even before I pressed the bell. Clearly she was tending to cleaning. The evidence of which was seen everywhere. The place was very clean and tidy. The kitchen and dining area even more so. There we met Jackie who asked if we had any requirements. I did and she acknowledged it and proceeded to prepare. The Breakfast was delicious. The juices were amazing. My children ate well and happily. we were prepared for our huge day ahead. THANK YOU.

   Room was nice, service was ok, reception staff very nice. Location was interesting next door to pub. I suggest you get your breakfast at the pub just next door for far half the price rather than paying £10 each at the hotel.

   We stay here frequently when visiting friends and family. The cooked breakfast option is sometimes available, sometimes not! The food is from the next door Queen Eleanor pub. Finding the entrance to the hotel in the dark is not easy even using sat-nav.

   Arrived as a wedding party of 11 on Friday after 3pm, it was unfortunate that not all of the rooms were cleaned in time but Bodie the manager had rolled up his sleeves and got stuck in. The rooms were very clean and lovely and warm. Bodie was full of apologies and explained that the majority of the cleaning staff had called in sick that morning and he was trying his best. Well done Bodie you more than made up for that little hiccup with your happy and friendly manner. You're a credit to Premier Inn.

   Great Premier Inn - spotless and the bathroom was sparkling. Really lovely room - very spacious. Great price. Great, friendly service. Plenty of parking and a good value Hungry Horse pub attached to it. Overall a 5* Premier Inn stay, great value for money

   Bode the Manger was excellent great customer service really understanding of disabled guests absolute credit. Room was easy to access clean & tidy but,bed was far too low for disabled guest to transfer on and off from electric wheel chair, some rumps through entrance ways and not all doors are automatic open, which would make it difficult for solo travellers to negotiate. Breakfast was ok appeared to be cooked fresh but some eliments were tepid at best. Staff serving breakfast were fast and efficient, the young fair haired tall man was particularly helpful. Good access to Northampton and links to the main arterial roads. Overall it was a ok stay in a premier inn but the hotel could do with some updating of decoration and furniture especially higher beds in the disabled rooms as they have in other premier inns
