For 3 stars hotel (which I am not so good expert for, to be honest) the size of suit is huge. Also it’s quite modern building everything is working, so good to stay. Tv is good, shower is perfectly working. But the most important, the location is perfect, right next to Aston Martin heritage, beautiful park, bus stop. A few nice restaurants and great shops just around the corner.Literally 15 min by bus it takes to reach the central railway station and in a quarter an hour you can be in a central MK mall, theatre, Campbell park if you Prefer modern area. But Newport Pagnell is beautiful historical town by itself, has a great own English vibe. So quiet and comfortable for holidays. I’ve you don’t want to stay in Victorian building with ghosts and want to visit Newport Pagnell this is perfectly designed for you hotel. You can enjoy a huge window and nice view (depending in a floor) and still imagining some ghosts while you looking in ;-). There or a great air panoramas and amazing atmosphere of English old town. There is a spacious lobby area with fukra black Armchairs in a modern style and zero fakes like a neo baroque trying pretend to be antique which is great and also a huge parking by hotel.

Small rooms but comfy. The only real annoyance was the lack of soft close on all the fire doors which slammed shut loudly whenever anyone went through them. Good value for the price

Very terrible, inconsiderate, and unprofessional in dealing with customers. Avoid this place if possible. We have been using one of their room for about 2 years, and anytime we get there, the room was not set up, we had to spend time to arrange the tables before we were able to start our meetings. We highlighted that to the managers several time and nothing was done, they just ignored us. We had an email from the manager in response to the complaint that they have decided to rent out that room to someone else and have no other room left, so we should come and collect our items. We called to find out why we weren't informed earlier so we could find somewhere else. They had no reasons and insisted that we come and collect our belongings. We request for the area managers' contact, they didn't give us. Very terrible and unprofessional

Arrived to use bar area to meet local colleagues and have a drink and lunch. Hotel no longer allows anyone in who isn't a guest or had a booked meeting room. Very frustrating considering website does not mention this and still actively promotes their bar area for people to come in and use. No explanation and was asked to leave.

The staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The food was excellent! Congrats go to Sam for providing us with the most delicious and varied menu all weekend.

I just returned from a weekend retreat at the Harben House Hotel. I really enjoyed my weekend, the staff were really lovely, they would do anything for you if they were able. Sam the chef prepared some beautiful meals and I enjoyed every one if them. I have never eaten so much before. I was in an Executive room which was comfortable and clean. The only problem was the ant festation. The hotel had a one way system with lifts either up only or down only. I am looking forward to my September retreat in the Harben House Hotel again in September

Absolutely awful standard room. Very little room to move, a sliding frosted door for the toilet (with a small sink) then shower separate. Due to a separate shower all condensation has made drip marks all over the wall. Didn't stay due to being so appalled by being in the room for 10 minutes

I liked it, but I had no significant issues in my room. Some of my colleagues had to take cold showers on our first morning. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The only real concern for me was their highly restrictive approach to meal times in comparison to other hotels in the same bracket.

One positive is the staff are amazing but they can't work miracles and that's what is needed . Couldn't get into my room till 7.30pm . Lift working for about 10 minutes each day and it's 70 steps from ground floor to 3rd floor . Food not good except for breakfast which was plentiful . Toilet actually in corner of room - no door , no divide of any sort . Friends room infested with ants . Couldn't get shower to turn on but staff came to help plus a very sullen maintenance man . Filled basin with water , went to get towel and basin emptied itself . ONE MORE VERY DISTURBING INCIDENT WHICH I CAN'T PUT HERE But suffice to say Ben ( the manager ) cleaned my toilet himself !!
