We chose Terry for our Kitchen refit and were not disappointed. From initial contact, Terry was prompt, polite and professional. He was the only kitchen fitter to reply to all of our messages and he turned up at exactly the time agreed. On first meeting, Terry put us at ease and we very quickly built up a rapport which enabled us to discuss the project freely. We asked a lot of specific questions and Terry answered all of our concerns. We discussed an all in quote versus a daily rate and on this occasion, selected the latter. We asked Terry to remove the old kitchen, make good any shortcomings and install the new (Wren) units. We also expressed an interest in having the floor tiled if there was sufficient time at the end of the project. Terry completed all of the above with time to spare. We made repeated changes as the project progressed and none of them were any hassle. We are living our kitchen dream and that is largely down to Terry and his attention to detail.
