DO NOT USE. This company came out and repeatedly charged me for unnecessary repairs. Charged us numerous call out fees to rectify problems they had created in the first place. Would not ever let them anywhere near my boiler again.
Fantastic support. Called up and told them my woes. A oil boiler fitter arrived a few hours later and diagnosed the problem and soon had the boiler back on song. Many thanks, helpful, informative.
Really disappointed with the poor quality work I received from MYG. The worst part was that customer service at the end of the phone is probably the worst I've ever experienced. A really sad experience all round.
We’ve used this company for decades, for plumbing, boiler servicing and installation. Excellent service always. Friendly professional people, always come out quickly if there’s any kind of problem, and always go the extra mile. A*5 highly recommended!
Our boiler has always been serviced by MYG, they have always been very professional. On Friday night our boiler stopped working, we called at around 5.30pm, around 15 mins later we received a call back. By 8pm the boiler was fixed and working. We can not that them enough for a thoroughly professional service.
